Ann Huffman Pickford of Tega Cay, South Carolina passed away on May 27, 2026. She was born July 20, 1938 to the late Margaret Todd and John Cecil Huffman of Waynesboro, Virginia.

She graduated from Waynesboro High School and Madison College, and taught school in Waynesboro and Albemarle County.

Ann married Herbert A. Pickford III in 1961 and moved to Albemarle County, Virginia. After Herbert’s death, she moved to Tega Cay, South Carolina to be near the rest of her family.

She is survived by her three children Herbert Allan IV, Susan Todd, and Linda Ann and her three grandchildren Jessica, Cassidy and William. Ann is also survived by her brother John and his wife Janet, their daughter Kathy and their granddaughter Gretchen.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tabor PCUSA Building Fund or the Nelson SPCA.

The service will be private in Waynesboro, Virginia.
