Helen L. Snead's Obituary
Helen L. Snead, 91, of The Laurels in Charlottesville, died on August 8, 2014. She was born on July 26, 1923 in Raphine, VA, the daughter of the late Ersker Lunsford and Clara Davis Lunsford. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Sorrells.
She is survived by a daughter, Etta M. Campbell of Charlottesville, VA
Helen was employed by Delmonte Frozen Foods in Crozet and a member of Lady Auxillary of VFW. She was a retired Navy veteran in WWII and a member of Hillsboro Baptist Church.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Rockgate Cemetery in Crozet, VA with Rev. Sam Kellum officiating.
Anderson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement.
