Mildred Thurston Patterson's Obituary
Mildred Thurston Patterson,89, formerly of Crozet, went to be with her Jesus on May 12, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julie T. Thurston and Everet A. Thurston, and her husband J. D. Patterson, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Patterson and his wife Lynda, a daughter, Bethanne Patterson and husband Tony Woodson, two special children Jonathan and Angela Houchens, a special friend Carol Woodson and special niece Kathy McCormict.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Crozet Baptist Church and a loving mother.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest that memorial donations, to celebrate her life may be made to the Crozet Baptist Church, 5804 St. George Avenue, Crozet, VA 22932 or missionary work to honor God.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
